We live in a time where creativity knows no boundaries, and platforms like Short Film Sundays are making it possible for young filmmakers and actors to showcase their talent.
Short Film Sundays, a community for young filmmakers based in South Africa, is on a mission to empower and support filmmakers between the ages of 18 and 35. With a strong focus on providing access to gear, opportunities, and a platform to showcase their work, we are paving the way for the next generation of storytellers.
One of our initiatives is an annual film festival held in Johannesburg. This festival not only provides a stage for these young filmmakers and actors to showcase their work but also serves as a hub for networking, learning, and growth in the industry. By creating a vibrant community and offering a platform for young filmmakers to shine, Short Film Sundays wants to play a crucial role in nurturing and empowering the next generation of filmmakers.
